🌿 September Zen Wellness Community Circle | Sound Alchemy

🌿Sound Alchemy with Darcy
Rest deeply. Soften your nervous system. Bathe in sound.

Saturday 5th | 10am–1pm

This September, we invite you to slow down, get cosy and sink into a deeply restorative experience of Sound Alchemy with Darcy.

Sound Alchemy is a carefully curated therapeutic sound experience designed to support physical, mental, emotional and energetic balance. Through the power of sound, vibration and stillness, this relaxing session invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and simply be.

Therapeutic sound can help guide the brain towards the deeply relaxed Theta state, associated with meditation and deep relaxation, while supporting the nervous system in moving towards its natural rest and digest state.

This beautiful session has been designed and curated by Darcy, Sound Alchemist, intuitive reader and Holistic Alchemy Retreats facilitator, with one simple intention: to invite in presence and stillness.

Come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself the space to rest, receive and reconnect.
