Step away from the everyday and immerse yourself in a morning of self-care, community, and soul nourishment. Our monthly Zen Circle women’s retreat is designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with who you are beneath the roles you play every day.

🌸 What to Expect
Angela will share a heartfelt insight into her journey from working within the NHS, through burnout, and into creating her own path with Mindful Growth Solutions.

She will introduce Havening Techniques® — a gentle, evidence-based approach to supporting the nervous system — with the opportunity for the group to experience this together through a guided session.

There will also be space for reflection and conversation, particularly around life transitions, change, and reconnecting with yourself.

🌿 Retreat Schedule

☕ Tea & Coffee on Arrival
Arrive gently and settle in with a warm drink. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the morning.

🤍 Welcome Circle
A grounding, heart-opening circle to connect, arrive fully, and set an intention for the session ahead.

🌬 Theme Experience: Angela, will be guiding us through a deeply restorative and insightful session exploring nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing.

Through sharing her personal journey and introducing Havening Techniques®, Angela will offer a gentle yet powerful experience to help you feel more grounded, calm, and connected within yourself.

✨ This session is perfect if you are navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, or simply craving space to pause and reflect.

🥗 Hot Lunch Included
A delicious vegetarian lunch with homemade bakes, lovingly prepared.

✨ Closing Circle
We close with space to reflect, integrate, and share any insights — or simply sit quietly in the collective energy of the group.

What to wear - Loose, comfortable & warm clothing.

What to bring – Yoga mat/towel, cushion to sit on (chairs available), Journal/notepad & pen, Blanket/ pillow, slipper/socks, eye mask, your own mug, and anything else that makes you feel cozy and comfortable.
